Formed in 1983, the MMRA is an all-volunteer organization which advocates forcefully
for the preservation of our neighborhood. The MMRA focuses on zoning, planning, and
ways that each of us can participate to enhance security, safety, and beautification of
our community. This is your organization. Together we can continue to make this a great
neighborhood in which to live and to work.
Please consider joining the MMRA to help support our work.
WHO WE ARE: The Miracle Mile Residential Association (MMRA) is a non-profit incorporated organization of residents within the area bounded by Wilshire on the north, Detroit/Meadowbrook on the east; Edgewood Place/San Vicente on the south, and Fairfax on the west. From 1983 to the present, the MMRA has been the voice of the Miracle Mile community.
OUR MISSION: The MMRA seeks to improve the quality of life for its members and for the community.
WHY YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT: With its thousands of residents, the MMRA is the most significant voice in community affairs in this area of the city. When necessary we have entered into litigation with the City of Los Angeles to compel them to uphold the law and city codes. Growth does take place, but it doesn’t mean we have to lose
the character of our neighborhood. Together we can work toward a vision that will enhance the beauty and integrity of our community. Payment of annual dues enables the MMRA to continue its efforts to preserve the value of our neighborhood.
Please help us by joining or renewing your annual membership dues.
