What is the 3-Step Neighborhood Watch Plan?
The 3-Step Neighborhood Watch plan is approved by LAPD Wilshire Division and provides our neighbors with simple steps designed to reduce crime. We encourage individual blocks to meet one time as a group and share the 3-Step Neighborhood Watch plan.
